Add text and page numbers to the top and bottom of every page
Type "Page {page} of {pages}" into any slot. The tokens are replaced per page. You can also use {filename} and {date}.

The built-in typefaces cover standard Western European characters. A slot using characters they cannot draw is skipped and reported, rather than being silently mangled into question marks.
